Fine day- but I missed it!

Beautiful weather today - cool, clear and sunny. I hung the washing out before I went to work and came home at lunch and got to bring it in dry- a real bonus for winter. But I was working. Why is it that the REALLY nice days coincide with work! Come the weekend and it rains... has anyone else noticed that??
The cat (Christie) is still sick so I've finally made an appointment at the vet for her. She's 14 now, so maybe it's old age.
Can't wait to finish knitting Tahi's scarf. When I figure out how to put pictures in this blog I'll post pics of my knitting.
